We’ve been absolutely blown away this week by the results achieved through Instagram Ads.
We’ve been testing Instagram Ads (via Facebook Ads) for several clients and, compared to our Google Display campaigns, have been gobsmacked to see such high conversion rates. Since last Sunday we’ve attracted tens of enquiries for one client, at a 14.3% conversion rate. What’s more, the Avg. Cost-per-click was lower than our Adwords campaign!
It’s really exciting to see this platform emerging as a serious contender against the likes of Adwords. Google continues to dominate the market and although it continued to up it’s game in 2015 by releasing a handful of useful new features – such as Customer Match and Call-Only ads – the rising CPCs continue to pose problems.
Many businesses are finding themselves auctioned off the front page of Google and need to find other PPC channels to enable growth. Our advice is to diversify your paid search strategy – you may be pleasantly surprised by the results!
