We’re on the hunt for a highly driven Paid Search Executive with a minimum of 1-years agency experience managing Google Adwords campaigns to come and be part of our friendly team.

You’ll need to be confident, enthusiastic and ready to work with some really nice clients.

As part of your day-to-day you’ll be working alongside our SEO and Content teams to help deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns, injecting a fresh, innovative approach to paid search marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate our clients’ business goals then implement appropriate PPC strategies, primarily using Google Adwords
• Create highly focussed PPC campaigns, with thoroughly researched keywords & placements
• Optimise the PPC customer journey with regular testing on copy and landing pages
• Monitor and Optimise both Search and Display networks
• Increase Quality Scores on key landing pages
• Increase ROI through management and optimisation of all accounts
• Use Google Tag Manager to set up and measure results (training offered if required!)
• Create client reports to demonstrate performance

The ideal candidate will need:

• Minimum 1-years Google Adwords management experience
• Strong ability using Google Analytics
• Good degree of SEO knowledge
• Excellent organisation skills
• Dedication to working toward tight deadlines
• Strong business acumen with a passion for digital marketing
• Experience using Google Adwords Editor
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (primarily Word and Excel)
• Good presentation skills

The candidate will be a Google Partner and ideally have experience using Bing Ads and Facebook Ads (but only if you’re showing off…).
